What is the lunar cycle?

A cycle of a moon continues from a new moon until a new moon. It lasts for 29-30 days. 30 days – is a full lunar cycle. But sometimes it continues for only 29 days. Which means that it is incomplete. An incomplete lunar month – is not very good. As it brings a negative influence onto the next lunar cycle.

For example, if a person gets sick on the first lunar day, which came after an incomplete previous month, it can cause some problems with your recovery.

An especially negative influence comes from an incomplete lunar month during a full moon and a new moon.

What are the phases of the moon?

Lunar days calendar goes through these phases:

1. New moon

It occurs, when the sun and the moon shift. It influences a person for a couple of days. During the new moon a person can experience weakness, mental instability and fatigue. During this period it is advised to give up on any burdens and decisions, it is better to rest, spending time in peace.

2. Waxing Crescent

Identifying a Waxing Crescent moon is easy. A letter P should form, if you put an imaginary line between the two “horns”.

It includes the 1st and the 2nd quarter

During the first quarter by the lunar days calendar it is necessary to engage in planning, realizing the things you want to achieve. Boldly making goals and thinking of ways achieving them. Though, going into action is not recommended for now.

During these days there will be possible obstacles, instability in the emotional body and internal conflicts.

Second quarter – is the perfect time to act on your plans. Spiritual powers go through the roof, realizing your dreams becomes easy. Your chances for success increase manifold.

Though advertising activity and public appearances are recommended to be rescheduled to be closer to the full moon.

3. Full moon

Lunar days starting from 14-16 are the full moon periods. Nervousness is observed, controlling your emotions becomes harder. Possible conflicts with other people, catastrophes and accidents.

4. Waning moon

After the full moon ends, another phase begins – the waning phase, during which it is necessary to finish started projects or businesses, analyze your successes and failures. Operations during the waning moon are more favorable. Trying to lose weight or attempting to quit smoking is more effective during these days.

During the third quarter all your attention should be focused on completion. It is better to not start new tasks. Especially, if you are not sure, that you will be able to finish everything before the start of a new lunar month.

The fourth quarter – is a period of passivity. Strength is starting to fade. All of the energy has been used up as well. The person gets tired and should forget about any new beginnings. It is better to indulge in analysis and awareness of the wisdom of life.
